The Downtown Clubs of Raleigh – soon to be City Club Raleigh – in North Carolina, held its Hard Hat Party recently with more than 200 Members attending. The club also held its quarterly New Member Reception and Live at the Loft music event the same evening and had all Members go through five stations, including a popcorn station, in order to get a sneak peek of Grain – the club’s new Anytime Lounge.
The popcorn station offered eight flavors of popcorn salt and take-away bags of popcorn that said "POP over to the Capital City Club during the months of July and August for all dining and Member events!"
Employee Partners got a sneak peek at construction of the reinvented City Club Raleigh in North Carolina during a recent Line-Up. The club under construction is a result of the merge of Cardinal Club and the Capital City Club, formerly known as the Downtown Clubs of Raleigh, in the Cardinal Club’s former location.
General Manager Mark Michie gave the staff hard hats with the club’s new logo and took them on a quick tour of the new space. The group was even joined by members of the construction crew, who took a short break to pose for photos with the rest of the staff.
During the “construction tour” Line-Up, Mark encouraged the staff to spread the word about the upcoming Member Sneak Peek Party. Great idea – a sneak peek before the sneak peek. Pretty sneaky!
