Across the more than 150 clubs of ClubCorp, Employee Partners and members are constantly teaming up to give time, raise money and create awareness for local charities.  Whether it's events held at the clubs, like the Charity Classic or First Tee events, or getting out into the community, giving back is a hallmark of a ClubCorp Club.

As an example, several members of the Young Executive Committee at Pyramid Club in Philadelphia recently volunteered at the local Ronald McDonald House where they cooked spaghetti dinners for the families staying there. The Young Executives were overwhelmed at how thankful the families were, with one woman even commenting that the spaghetti was “the best she’d ever tasted!” One of the members joked back that she must not have had spaghetti in awhile.
 
Pyramid Club Member Relations Director Megan Anthony volunteered and says that the night was both fun and very rewarding, adding, “It was a pleasure to be a part of the event.”

Each year, the ClubCorp Charity Classic opens the doors of our private clubs to help those in need. Members, family and friends alike give, golf and dine during our nationwide charity event. Money raised from these events benefit MDA's Augie's Quest, the Employee Partners Care Foundation and a local charity selected by each club. Last year, ClubCorp raised more than $1.7 million through its Charity Classic events and has the bar set even higher for this year.
