Meeting Space Layouts


Banquet
This setup includes round tables, seating 8-12 each. It's ideal for company celebrations or even breakout rooms with small discussion groups.

Boardroom  
The Boardroom features a rectangular or oval table with chairs on all sides and ends in a private room. It's perfect for Board of Director meetings, committee meetings or discussion groups. 

Chevron (V-Shape)
Similar to the classroom, this room setup includes chairs and conference tables set up at an angle facing the front of the room. It gives the attendees space to take notes, use a laptop or follow along with materials.

Classroom
In a Classroom arrangement, rows of conference tables and chairs are facing the front of the room. This is ideal for a speaker or presentation and gives the attendees space to take notes, use a laptop or follow along with materials.

Cocktail
The Cocktail setup is usually made up of small, round, tall tables. It's ideal for large events because there is room for attendees to move freely for activities like networking or cocktail hour before the event.

Hollow Square
In a Hollow Square setup, conference tables are arranged in a square or rectangle with chairs around the outside. It's great for interactive discussions and note-taking.

Reception
Reception arrangements include a combination of round tables and smaller, tall cocktail tables.

Theatre
This arrangement includes rows of chairs facing the front of the room. It's a great way to accommodate a large number of guests that will act as an audience. 

U-Shape
Our U-Shape setup has a conference table arranged in the shape of a U with chairs around the outside. It's ideal for meetings or discussion groups with a speaker, presentation or other focal point.
