What is Find Hotels?
Find Hotels is an online tool designed to make your travel planning simple. You can access hundreds of hotels 24-7 right from your club website and enjoy savings of up to 40% off* hotel rack rates.
Who provides the service?
The Find Hotels platform is provided through a third party, Tourico. Tourico is one of the fastest growing wholesale travel providers and specializes in providing a vast array of benefits and services to their clients.
How do I access the site?
Log in to your club’s website and click on “Find Hotels” at the top of the page. If you are a Network Alliance Club Member (a club not owned or operated by ClubCorp), please contact ClubLine at 800.433.5079 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
A few of the hotels I used to access through ClubLine, such as Club Quarters, are not available on the site. May I still make reservations at these hotels?
Yes! We are working to include all our hotel benefits in this new tool; however, if you have a favorite hotel you booked through ClubLine that is not on this site, contact ClubLine and they will be happy to help you with your reservation.
Who do I call to make a reservation at a KSL Resort (Hotel del Coronado, Beach Village at the Del, Montelucia Resort & Spa, Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa)?

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my hotel?
Yes, as long as you cancel within the hotel’s cancellation policy. Cancellation policies vary by hotel. The cancellation policy will be stated on your hotel confirmation.
Who do I contact if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

What does “On Request” mean?
“On Request” appears in the status bar of the hotel selection when your reservation cannot be automatically confirmed at the time of booking. Typically, this is the result of the hotel being sold out or in peak demand. If you request a reservation at a hotel with an “On Request” status, you will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of your reservation request. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know your reservation request is in process.
