AVCC’s NEW Farm to Table Menu will remain the same menu options for three weeks. The concept is that we are offering produce from a "featured farm" for one month and running the same dishes for that entire month. Chef is always on the hunt for a new farm to feature from Santa Barbara to San Diego and will visit the farm on Thursday’s to purchase the product, which will ensure that we are receiving the freshest fruit and vegetables! The monthly menu will be available on the Club website and on a poster near the ProShop.
