Prior to working out, Members should complete their health history questionnaire and physical activity readiness questionnaire. We recommend you schedule a one-on-one appointment with one of our fitness instructors for a fitness club new Member orientation. During this half hour appointment, get your questions answered regarding available services, programs and classes.
