Anthem Golf & Country Club offers a variety of tennis clinics and lessons to improve your swing. Members and nonmembers can register for group, semi-private or private lessons with Anthem Golf & Country Club's staff of top-notch pros. All ages and playing abilities are welcomed.
Stroke of the Week Clinic
These one-hour clinics focus on a specific stroke each week. They are ideal if you are a novice player, or if you are struggling with a particular shot.
- Every Wednesday: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Only $12 per player

- Advanced registration is required and a minimum of three people is necessary. The 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.
Drop-In Play – All Levels Welcome
Come on out, meet new players, and get your game on. Begins the week of December 1st. Players arrange their own matches and no advanced registration is required.
- Singles and Doubles: Tuesday & Thursday: 8 – 10 a.m.
- Singles: Saturday 12 – 2 p.m.
Anthem Tennis University
Introducing Anthem's new 10-week Adult Beginner Tennis Program designed to get you PLAYING tennis from day one! Three classes to choose from.
Private (one person/one pro) and Semi-Private Lessons (two people/one pro)
These lessons are stroke-specific or tactical.
Hitting Session (one person/one pro)
This is a hitting or playing session with no specific teaching involved.
Group Lessons (three-four people/one pro)
Select tactical and strategy or stroke-specific clinics. This is more effective if all players are of equal ability.
Group Clinics (six people max/one pro)
These clinics are stroke-specific and geared to novice, intermediate or advanced players.
Doubles Strategy (four people/one pro)
This will be a tactical and a strategy clinic. This is more effective if all players are of equal ability.
Three and Me (three people/one pro)
This is focused on point play, with the pro taking on one position in the doubles game. This is more effective if all players are of equal ability. Learn from the pro how to construct the point and close it out.
Adult Beginners’ Clinic
This is the perfect place to start if you joined the Club and never had a chance to learn the game of tennis. Or, if you played years ago and are a little rusty, this is a great place to start. We focus on the basic ground strokes, volleys and serve. You learn how to play a game and keep score. Join us out on the courts for some good fun and exercise. Advanced registration is required.
Skills Drills/Team Drills
These 90-minute drills are formatted into playing ability levels with focus on specific skills and developing a higher level of play and consistency in ball placement, hitting and strategically setting up and winning points. Advanced registration is required and a minimum of three is necessary. The 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.
