Chef Michael and his culinary team are thrilled to unveil our brand new dinner menu at Persimmon! Chef has been shopping our food purveyors to find the freshest and finest ingredients that Arizona has to offer. It is a delicious new menu with 70% that can be made Gluten Free!Among member favorites, members can look forward to enjoying new feature items such as:

Avocado Tuna Tartar cilantro, hoisin chili ponzu, toasted sesame and wasabi-soy

Firecracker Shrimp: crispy shrimp tossed with a sweet chili aioli and lime

Kobe Beef Meatballs: heirloom tomato concasse, garlic and shaved parmesan cheese

Chile Rubbed Salmon Salad: baby spinach, diced tomato, avocado, cotija cheese, toasted pepitas, chipotle vinaigrette and crispy onions

Maple Kale Salad: toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese, pear and maple vinaigrette

Pork Chop: grilled Berkshire pork rib chop served with butterbean puree, arugula and bourbon sorghum glaze

Crispy Skin Striped Bass: baby artichokes, shaved fennel, kalamata olives, garlic and saffron lemon marmalade

Angel Hair Pasta al Pomodoro: heirloom tomato concasse, olive oil, garlic, white wine, basil chiffonade and fresh mozzarella
