James "Randy" Heltsley
A U.S Air Force fighter pilot son, Chef Randy had the privilege of living overseas in countries including Japan, Germany, Korea, as well as many others. After graduated high school and attending his first two years of college in Tallahassee, Florida. He started working in restaurants during this time and fell in love with cooking and the F&B business.
Chef followed his love for cooking and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating, Chef Randy started his culinary career in Miami Florida at Smith & Wollensky, Tantra-Supper Club in South Beach, Thoa's on Ponce-Chef de Cuisine, Ice Box Café and Ice Box Café.
Chef Randy moved to Telluride Colorado and worked at The Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa-Grand property where he worked under Wade Hughes. In 2009, Chef Randy and Wade Hughes moved from Telluride to Anthem Arizona and just love working together at Anthem Golf & Country Club.
Chef and his wife and moved all over the world however, they now call Anthem, Arizona home.
