Travis McIntyre
Travis McIntyre, a fitness professional, has an enthusiastic passion to help change the lives of others. Nationally recognized, Travis holds a Bachelor Degree in Fitness and Human Performance as well as a wide range of certifications.  Travis has worked with a variety of clients ranging from couch potatoes to sports athletes. Having an uncanny ability to keep his clients motivated, he uses his expertise along with his upbeat nature to keep your work outs from becoming repetitious. With Travis by your side, his drive and perseverance will trigger within you to be the best you have ever been.

Karen Lambert
After teaching high school social studies classes in Southern California for eleven years, I embarked on a second career as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.  My teaching background has served me well, helping me to teach proper fitness techniques both as a one-on-one personal trainer and as the leader of large aerobic classes.  I enjoy keeping up with the latest trends and techniques, I love going to fitness expos, and I have an extensive audio/video fitness library.  I’ve worked with all ages from youngsters to seniors and have taught individuals and groups as large as fifty.  I’m proficient in Step, cardio-weights, Spinning, and group strength classes.  I started my own personal training business in 1995 and have had numerous clients ever since. After seventeen years, my passion for fitness remains unabated. I motivate my clients and my classes.

My job as a personal trainer is to help you meet your fitness goals. I can teach you the proper techniques for lifting weights, how to increase your endurance, improve your muscle mass, or just give you a good cardio workout. Together we can succeed in reaching your own personal fitness potential.

Billy Machupa
Billy has 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry. He is the sole proprietor of MACH 1 Fitness. Active in sports as a teenager, his love of exercise and nutrition only grew stronger as he developed. Now in his late thirties, the satisfaction of mentoring others gives him a sense of accomplishment. Having been certified as a personal fitness trainer since 1993, Billy has had the opportunity of working with many dedicated clients, ages ranging from fourteen to eighty-one. Billy believes in his clients and gives them the confidence to believe in themselves. Billy received a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Houston in 1996 and maintains a certification through (PFIT) Professional Fitness Instructor Training. He maintains an active certification in Adult /Child CPR and Basic First Aid.

Cyndi Marietta
Cyndi is both a Pilates instructor and health law attorney.  She has an avid interest in Pilates and its beneficial effect of improving postural balance, core strength, overall muscle strength and flexibility, and coordination.  Prior to practicing law, she worked as a registered occupational therapist providing rehabilitation treatment for patients with physical injuries and disabilities.

She has received certificates for instructor training in Pilates Mat modules I and II; Pilates Reformer levels I, II, and III; and Pilates Exo-Chair apparatus through Balanced Body University.  Along with teaching mat and reformer group classes, Cyndi provides private and semi-private instruction to individuals who seek to maximize their athletic performance in a variety of sports and to those who want to improve their general overall health and wellness.

Kathleen McNeil
AFAA Certified Group Fitness Trainer and local franchise owner/instructor of Baby Boot Camp, the premiere stroller-based fitness programs for postpartum women. I am very passionate about sharing the benefits of fitness while delivering exceptional Member service.  Following up with questions and concerns is my main priority next to offering effective and safe personalized group training services. Currently I am offering early morning Boot Camp Basics at the Bay Oaks Fitness Center.

Tara Evans
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years at various fitness facilities. I will work with any client male, female, young and old who wants to live a healthier lifestyle. I will work with the client to create a fitness program, set realistic goals, and to help adjust eating habits. We will work hard with the workouts, but also try to have fun. I love to help clients to achieve realistic goals and to have them see what their capabilities are. I have taught mostly Toning or Body Sculpt, Circuit, Sit to Be Fit, Water Aerobics, Boot camp, basic Step and Kickboxing as a sub and a Women on Weights class. This helped women to be more comfortable with weight training, plus to also think of other equipment to use such as bands, bosu and stability balls.

Holly Bundick
Holly’s journey with yoga began in 2003 when she attended her first training and began to understand the freedom of movement and opportunity for awareness and acceptance that yoga made possible.  Since that time, she has grown to appreciate its safety principles, positive nature and the various levels of difficulty each yoga class can offer.  Holly emphasizes that her students should use proper breathing and movement techniques to recognize their own limits when achieving poses.

Holly teaches a hatha and vinyasa yoga which blends balance, strength and flexibility into a fitness format.  She is a Yoga Alliance 200-RYT, an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor and a certified Spinning instructor.  She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology from Southern Illinois University and is a wife and mother of two.
