This winter got you down?
Odds are we all spent too much time inside staying warm. The result is we lost some strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Golf, tennis and boating all benefit from improved fitness. Bluegrass provides a fitness class each week based on the time tested principles of Yoga. Debbie Davis is trained to lead this class for beginners and skilled alike. This Spring, the first swing off the tee box, or on the tennis court, as well as that leap from dock to boat can feel great or be risky. Getting ready for the season diminishes the risk.
