Joseph A. DeFeo, President and CEO of Juran Institute, Inc., one of the world’s leading authorities in transformational change systems and breakthrough management principles will present and lead a discussion entitled “Lean Six Sigma Does Improve the Top and Bottom Line in Most Organizations”. This lively discussion will focus on the tools and methodologies in one combined approach, Lean Six Sigma.

 
Mr. De Feo will share with you his most recent research and experiences in helping global service organizations achieve transformational change with Lean Six Sigma. Using this integrated methodology has provided many organizations with a set of tools and techniques to improve quality, reduce waste and cycle time; minimize the time for designing, producing, marketing, and delivering a product or service to customers; and eliminate elements that inflate costs, lead times, and inventory. But most important, delivering top line and bottom-line results.
