Whatever your health and fitness goals are, Brookhaven Country Club’s training staff can guide you on your journey. We are confident you can greatly benefit by working with one of the talented personal training professionals here on the Brookhaven staff. 

Your personal training experience here at Brookhaven includes:

  • Initial fitness consultation/assessment and goal setting session (Fit Quest)
  • Individualized workout design and ongoing documentation of training exercise results
  • Ongoing health and fitness monitoring and education
  • Increased confidence and motivation through effective equipment use
  • One or more follow-up assessments designed to track and document your results compared to your goals

Our goal is to make sure you reach your health and fitness goals. You can schedule half-hour or one-hour sessions with the trainers for individual, semi-private and Pilates private instruction sessions, or get a package with several sessions.
