Join us every third Thursday of the month for a worldly buffet handcrafted by Executive Chef Dino Cruz. Dino will take us to far off lands and sample the cuisine of each country, including China, Thailand, Italy, Greece, Philippines, France, Mexico, and more! Our next destination is the far-off country of China. As we celebrate the Chinese New Year and welcome in the year of the snake, Chef Dino will be crafting a delicious buffet featuring:

  • Vegetable Spring Rolls
  • Steamed Potstickers
  • Hot and Sour Soup
  • Sesame and Cucumber Noodle Salad
  • Steamed Rice
  • Garlic Chicken
  • Made to Order Stir-Fry Station
  • Proteins: Shrimp, Beef, Chicken, and Tofu
  • Sauces: Garlic Soy, Peanut, Hoisin Ginger, Sweet and Sour, and Sesame Garlic
  • Wide Variety of Asian Vegetables
