Chef Jon Maley graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and started his career at 5 diamond awarded Lafayette Park Hotel. He later worked under Michelin Starred Chef Roland Passot as a Sous Chef at Left Bank Brasserie in the East Bay of San Francisco. After moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2008, Jon has worked at several restaurants and clubs including Book Bindery, The Local Vine, The University of Washington Club and Newcastle Golf Club. This time was highlighted by his 2013 award of the "Club Chef of the Year" by the Club Managers Association.
