Get fit and have fun
Canterwood offers a private, 24-hour workout facility for all fitness levels. We feature state of the art treadmills, stationary bikes & elliptical machines for cardiovascular health. In addition, we offer several weight training options including dumbells, machines and kettle bells.
In addition to our machines, we offer the following classes:*
- Monday 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Women’s weight lifting with Julia Conaway
- Wednesday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Interval Training with Julia Conaway
- Friday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Step Aerobics with Julia Conaway
Golf Training Class
$80 per month. Tuesday and Thursday at 8 a.m. with Tyler Reher
Tuesday Golf Strength and Power
The goal of the golf strength and power program is to build golf specific strength to help develop faster club head velocity. Moderate to high intensity strength and power training.
Thursday Golf Flexibility and Mobility
Work on specific range of motion drills to help troublesome areas that may be restricting your golf swing. The emphasis will be on stretching and mobility exercises. Light to Moderate intensity.
If personal training is more your style, you can contact Certified Personal Trainer, Tyler Reher. Tyler is a 2010 graduate from Washington State University and is TPI Certified.
