Looking for a gym in Gig Harbor to shape up and improve your lifestyle? Canterwood offers a private fitness center including a fully-equipped workout facility that state of the art treadmills, exercise bike, kettlebells and more. With 24 hour member access, it fits into everyone’s schedule to make sure that you keep healthy and fit all year long.

Aerobic Classes

We also feature three different aerobic classes, which are taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Julie Conaway. You can reach Julie at 253.370.1360 or donjulia@centurytel.net 

  • Monday 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Women’s weight lifting
  • Wednesday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Interval Training
  • Friday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Step Aerobics

Personal Training  

If personal training is more your style, you can contact Certified Personal Trainer, Tyler Reher.  Tyler is a 2010 graduate from Washington State University and is TPI Certified.  He can work with any individual to help you reach your personal goals.  Tyler can be reached at 253.820.3834 or Tyler.Reher@gmail.com
