Canterwood offers a private, 24-hour workout facility for all fitness levels. We feature state of the art treadmills, stationary bikes & elliptical machines for cardiovascular health. In addition, we offer several weight training options including dumbells, machines and kettle bells.
In addition to our machines, we offer the following classes:*
- Monday 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Women’s weight lifting with Julia Conaway
- Wednesday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Interval Training with Julia Conaway
- Friday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Step Aerobics with Julia Conaway
If personal training is more your style, you can contact Certified Personal Trainer, Tyler Reher. Tyler is a 2010 graduate from Washington State University and is TPI Certified. Jump Start Training (Click here for Jump Start Registration)
Our Jump Start Programs and Training Packages consist of your choice of half or full hour sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. During these sessions, your Personal Trainer will work with you on an individual basis to assess your fitness needs, help to develop a plan, and help you feel confident in achieving your fitness goals.
