Get fit and have fun
Canterwood offers a private, 24-hour workout facility for all fitness levels. We feature state of the art treadmills, stationary bikes & elliptical machines for cardiovascular health. In addition, we offer several weight training options including dumbells, machines and kettle bells.
In addition to our machines, we offer the following classes:*
- Monday 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Women’s weight lifting with Julia Conaway
- Wednesday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Interval Training with Julia Conaway
- Friday: 9:15-10:30 a.m. - Step Aerobics with Julia Conaway
The Club's personal trainer is Shari Bass and she will be at the Club on Mondays and Thursdays. She is TPI certified and have taught step aerobics and body pump. Shari has been a nurse for 22 years and have specialized in cardiac, critical care and gastric nursing. She has been lifting weights for over 18 years and enjoys kickboxing, running and lifting weights. Each workout can be tailored for each individual's goals.

Our Jump Start Programs and Training Packages consist of your choice of half or full hour sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. During these sessions, your Personal Trainer will work with you on an individual basis to assess your fitness needs, help to develop a plan, and help you feel confident in achieving your fitness goals.
