Monday Muscle Step is a low impact, easy to follow class format.  By utilizing light hand weights and other tools, we can increase muscle definition, stamina and energy level.
 

3 Classes each week = $85.00/ month

2 Classes each week = $60.00/ month 

1 Class each week =    $40.00/ month
