Wednesday is Basic Step Aerobics – a class for all fitness
 levels. There are a lot of repetitions so the beginner can learn
 step skills and the advanced participants can work on
 intensity. No matter what level of stepper you are, we will
 improve cardiovascular fitness and burn calories! This is a fun
 class!
