Join our fitness instructor, Julie Conaway, for group fitness classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. All levels of fitness are welcome, instruction is tailored for you to help you get the most out of your workout. Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a rewarding fitness class, Julie will help you realize your fitness potential!

Wednesday and Friday- Cardio Step
