Group size: 4-6 people per session
Presented by Laurie Hillyard: LPGA Teaching Professional
Golf fitness training can be very beneficial for everyone including mature golfers. Research shows that after the age of 25, the body looses muscle mass at approximately 1% per year. If nothing is done to improve both strength and power output of the body by the time an individual is 50 years old they will have lost 25% of their muscle mass. This loss of strength equates to the loss of stability in the golf swing affecting every phase of the swing. This golf-conditioning program is designed to improve golfer’s flexibility, balance, strength, muscular endurance and power.
Each week highlights a golf skill and swing fundamental while continuing to build a solid golf fitness foundation.
