Join our fitness instructor, Julie Conaway, for group fitness classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. All levels of fitness are welcome, instruction is tailored for you to help you get the most out of your workout. Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a rewarding fitness class, Julie will help you realize your fitness potential!

Sculpt and Tone
Every Monday  |  9:15am-10:30am

Build a toned, sculpted, feminine body while you increase bone density and boost your metabolism.  All ages and all fitness abilities are encouraged to try this class. You will look and feel great.

Interval Training

Every Wednesday  |  9:15am-10:30am


Are you looking for a way to add variety to your exercise plan, while taking your fitness to the next level?  This class provides a simple to follow, and easy to accomplish low impact workout with great results.

 

Step Aerobics

Every Friday  |  9:15am-10:30am

A great cardiovascular fat-burning workout.  Challenge yourself along the way as you learn new routines to help maximize your results.
