Join our fitness instructor, Julie Conaway, for group fitness classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. All levels of fitness are welcome, instruction is tailored for you to help you get the most out of your workout. Whether you’re just starting out, or looking for a rewarding fitness class, Julie will help you realize your fitness potential!
Sculpt and Tone
Build a toned, sculpted, feminine body while you increase bone density and boost your metabolism. All ages and all fitness abilities are encouraged to try this class. You will look and feel great.
