After 20 years in the service industry I worked my way up from the bottom and I am a proud member of the Canyon Creek team and the Club Corp family. I started out in the restaurant business ending my stay as a sous in a four star steak house before crossing over into the golf and country club business. Prior to working for Club Corp I spent seven years with EAGLE Golf as an executive chef and a food and beverage director and for an independently owned course as the food and beverage manager and executive chef simultaneously. I started for Club Corp February of 2010 right after my wife started for the Company - we like to consider ourselves a Club Corp family. I consider myself fortunate to have been featured in the 2011 Winter Edition of Private Clubs Magazine and a member of the 2011 Circle Silver Star of Excellence team.
