Canyon Creek Country Club
I began my "professional" career as a chef with Oakmont Country Club in Corinth, Texas back in 2000-2001 as their Sous Chef, although I had been working in kitchens since 1992. Since then, I have gained experience with different facets of the culinary profession. From country clubs, boutique restaurants, and bistros to retail culinary and corporate dining. It is my goal to provide the best possible experience for the guests of my kitchen.
I am passionate about food and it's history with communities and social events. Food has always been a centerpiece for me growing up. It was a way to socialize with friends and family. We gathered for moments of happiness or during times of sadness. Food can be comforting or even spark a forgotten memory... we all reminisce about our grandmother's cooking! I hope that my staff and I can provide these great experiences for you, your family, or your guests!
