Allen Fredrickson is originally from Oregon and moved to Atlanta, Georgia where we attended high school and college. He moved to Las Vegas in 1996 and has experience in managing a variety of restaurants throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Including Vegas strip favorites like Pink Taco at Hard Rock and Lavo at The Venetian.
Allen joined Canyon Gate in 2009 as the Food and Beverage Director. In 2012, Allen left Canyon Gate to become Anthem Country Club LV’s Food and Beverage Director. He returned to Canyon Gate in 2015. In December 2016, Allen became the Club's General Manager.
He enjoys golfing, football, food & wine, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Mike Carfioli is from Orange County, California. After high school Mike studied finance at San Diego State University. After college he worked a couple different jobs managing store resets for a food broker and managed the customer service and sales department at a notary signing company.
In January 2007, Mike joined the ClubCorp family at Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club in Orange County. Mike started as a server and was quickly promoted to the F&B Manager within his first year and a half. He learned all facets of the country club business over his six years at Coto.
In November 2012, Mike decided to transfer to Las Vegas and Canyon Gate Country Club as the Service Director. Over his time here he has become an asset to our Club, heading up the service side of the food and beverage department. In 2016, Mike decided to accept the Membership Director role at Canyon Gate Country Club.
Mike enjoys playing golf, watching all sports and tries to make it home to Orange County to visit his family as much as possible. He loves it out here in Vegas and looks forward to everything that might come.

Dawn Ulrey moved to Las Vegas with her family in the early 1970’s. After high school she received a bachelor’s degree from UNLV where she was also a charter member of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.
Her early career started in hotel hospitality sales which included being a part of the opening teams for both the Treasure Island and Luxor Hotels. Having never played a round of golf in her life, Dawn was recruited by American Golf Corporation to be the first Leisure Sales Manager for six Las Vegas Golf Courses. It was then that Dawn fell in love with the golf industry and began a 14 year career in both the public and private sectors. Highlights have included sales and marketing for the beautiful Bali Hai Golf Club and five years as the Membership Marketing Director at Spanish Trail Country Club.
Venturing out of Las Vegas for a while, Dawn was the Director of Sales responsible for Private Events at Brandywine Country Club in Toledo Ohio. After too many long winters, her wish to return home was granted when she was offered the position of Private Events Director at Canyon Gate Country Club.
When Dawn isn’t working she enjoys spending time with family and friends and has remained a UNLV Basketball fan. She has never taken to playing the game of golf, but loves watching the professionals play on TV.

Crombie Hatfield was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in South Africa. After graduating high school he spent two years in the Army. At age 20, Crombie left for Europe where he spent almost two years teaching tennis in Austria.
While playing tournaments in Europe, he was recruited by UNLV and received a full tennis scholarship. After college, he returned to South Africa where he successfully managed his own tennis school for over 10 years.
Crombie returned to the United States and became the Head Tennis Pro at Red Rock Country Club and at The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego. In 2012, Crombie accepted the Director of Tennis at Canyon Gate.
Crombie, his wife Cally and their two daughters, Kate and Mia all play and enjoy tennis.

Chef CJ is originally from Springfield, New Jersey. After graduating high school, he attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Professional Studies: Culinary Arts Management.
Upon graduation, he worked for a French Master Chef at Baltusrol Golf Club in his hometown of Springfield. Chef CJ moved to Las Vegas, where he worked for chefs such as Alex Stratta and Wolfgang Puck. From there, he reunited with the country club atmosphere by working at both Canyon Gate and Red Rock Country Clubs.
Chef CJ and his wife, who is a teacher for the Clark Country School District, have been living in Las Vegas for over 10 years.
They currently reside in Summerlin with their two wonderful sons. As a family, they enjoy going to the local community parks and the Farmer's Market.

As the office administrator, Celeste is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of club administrative processes such as: accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources and payroll.
Celeste is married with two children. She was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California and moved to Las Vegas in 2006.
