The Capital City Club’s General Manager, Patrick Skelton, is bringing his executive Chef from Midtown Pizza Kitchen for this Kitchen Confidential. Christophe Zigaglia will be demonstrating how to make a true Italian pizza and entertaining the audience with his dough throwing techniques.
