Chef Michael Schwartz has been a Chef his entire life, helping his father who was also a chef in the family restaurant at the age of 7. He has excelled in many different styles of cuisine including Creole, classical French, New American/Californian and many more. His style can be defined as a blending of California & Classical French relying on a variety of fresh ingredients and a focus on flavor and presentation.
