The 2012 RNC Convention will be the largest event ever held in the State of Florida. It will attract 15,000 members of the media from all over the world. In addition to the media there will be 35,000 people from all 50 states attending the event for at least

five days. This will create a very significant economic impact to the state, particularly the Tampa Bay area and an opportunity to showcase our area in a very positive way.

Al Austin, RNC Host Committee Chairman, will preview the 2012 RNC National Convention.
