Monday: Seared chicked with a squash meadly, and dirty rice with a poblano coulis
Tuesday: Churrasco steak with a sweet potato hash, steamed carrots finished with a poblano chimichurri
Wednesday: Jerked poblano shrimp with confetti rice
Thursday: Poblano chicken curry served with jasmine rice
Friday: Stuffed poblano with sweet barbeque pork
