Whole, butter-poached 6 oz Maine Lobster Tail with Chablis Drawn Butter, crispy Potato Lorrette and a Seasonal Vegetable Bouquet
Split warm-water Lobster Tail, grilled and lightly scented with Walkerwood Jamaican Jerk rub, served mounted on Caribbean Aromatic Rice with Mango Salsa and Coco Lopez Meyer's Rum Sauce
Oven-roasted, split Maine Lobster, stuffed with Lobster and Crab Imperial, mounted on smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes with a rich and creamy Lobster Bisque, finished with Brandy and Sherry
Truffled Lobster Macaroni and Cheese consisting of butter-poached Lobster with a creamy trio of Goat Cheese, Romano and Sharp Cheddar, finished with White Truffle Oil and Chives.
