Hello and Happy Holidays. My name is Chef Anthony Cilmi. I’m the new Executive Chef here at the Centre Club. I’m excited to be writing this blog and to finally introduce myself. I look forward to serving you and to feed all you folks well.Furthermore, I’d also like to take this opportunity to mention some of the great new culinary happenings going on around your club.
