Wednesday: Grilled Mahi with a Mango Relish, Asparagus, and Mashed Potatoes

Thursday: Chipotle Mahi Taco, Flour Tortilla, Cilantro Slaw

Friday: Mahi a la Plancha, Green Bean Relish, Spanish Rice
