Vietnamese Lunch Features of the Week

Our culinary team is spicing it up this week as we make our way into October! Below are the lunch features starting Monday, October 1st. Enjoy.

Monday - Spicy Lemongrass Chicken (Ga Xao Xa Ot) - Served with Jasmine Rice and Soy Glazed Squash Medley

Tuesday - Shaken Beef (Bo Luc Lac) - Vietnamese Marinated sauteed Beef with Bell Peppers, Garlic, and Onions, served over a bed of Jasmine Rice

Wednesday - Braised Salmon (Ca Kho To) - Salmon braised in a Cilantro Tomato broth, served with steamed rice noodles 

Thursday - Lemongrass Braised Beef Short Ribs (Bo Kho) - Vietnamese Style Beef Burgundy in a Lemongrass infused broth, served with Egg Noodles

Friday - Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Ga) - Vietnamese Spiced Beef Broth, served with Rice Noodles, Fresh Herbs, Shredded Chicken, Hoisin, and Sriracha

The start of a new month can jump start your business relationships here at the club. Meet with members you've never met before when you dine at the Lunch Bunch table, every day from 11:30am - 1:00pm. There's no need to dine alone anymore! If you're running short on time and want to grab a quick bite to eat just grab a seat with the Lunch Bunch. This is just another great way to get to know your fellow club members, build business relationships and to enjoy a quick and casual weekday lunch. Reservations are NOT required!
