Kyle has worked in the club industry for over 16 years allowing him to explore all different types of operations. Born and raised in the Poconos in Pennsylvania, Kyle has been around golf since the age of 7 and started working at his first club at age 13. Since that time it has been Kyle’s dream to manage golf course operations. He has a passion for the business and focuses his success on the execution of great service experiences. Kyle’s early career began as a cart attendant at a local country club where he went on to work for a number of years with different maintenance crews so that he could learn the agronomic side of the business. He pursued his education at Florida State University where he majored in Business, Hospitality and Professional Golf Management. Out of college, Kyle joined a smaller management firm, Kitson & Partners, and was promoted to General Manager of one of their owned facilities less than one year after graduating from Florida State in 2006. One of the highlights of his career was working at National Golf Links of America in Southampton, NY. AT the time, NGLA was ranked #11 in the country and borderlines the famous Shinnecock Hills Country Club. There he catered to a number of celebrities and world financial leaders.
Over the next eight years, Kyle worked his way up throughout the company managing at a variety of facilities and eventually becoming a Regional Director of Operations, overseeing multiple clubs throughout Florida and the east coast. In the fall of 2014, he chose to leave his position to pursue a career with ClubCorp. Kyle first joined the ClubCorp family as the Director of Business Development at LPGA International Golf Club located in Daytona Beach, FL. He joined us here at Chantilly National in the early spring, just in time for the opening of our new reinvention.
Kyle resides in Manassas Park with his two dogs, Bowden & Fisher.
