6:30pm $49++ per person Join fellow cigar aficionados for an exquisite 3-course dinner paired with featured beverages. We encourage each attendee to bring 2 cigars. One to smoke and one for a White Elephant gift exchange. Since we cannot smoke at the Club, following dinner we will walk over to the downtown Corona Cigar Company. MENU: 1st Course Bulgar wheat, cucumber, and parsley tabouli with pan seared blackened scallops topped with a Bulleit Rye glaze. Bulleit Rye Smash Fresh mint, lemon, simple syrup muddled together and topped with Bulleit Rye and ice and stirred. 2nd Course Jamaican jerk marinated 16oz bone in pork chop served with saffron yellow rice, black beans and plantain chips, topped with a mango thyme salsa and bulleit bourbon jerk glaze. Bulleit Mango Tea Bulleit Bourbon, fresh mango, fresh brewed mango tea, and a dash of simple syrup. 3rd Course Maple crème brule topped with a crispy bacon caramelized sugar crust and a pecan tuile.
