This seminar will provide a basic introduction to Immigration Law for the non-immigration attorney and will address common topics that overlap in the areas of criminal, family and business law. The seminar will also look at the immigration implications when dealing with criminal, family and personal injury clients as well as give a brief overview of the immigration system and relevant agencies and players involved.
