Citrus jumbo Lump crab cake served over mixed field greens topped with cantaloupe sauvignon blanc coulis

polenta cake finished with vanilla chardonnay

beurre blanc and brunoise candied tomatoes

Pistachio chocolate mint rosemary encrusted lamb loin accompanied with parsnip cauliflower potato puree, finished with Taureau demi glace
