MENU:

 

First Course

 

Pepper-crusted Carpaccio topped with shaved pecorino and chiffonade arugula. Finished with vanilla bean infused olive oil. Served with crostini.

Second Course

 

Sharp white cheddar, red and green pepper grits topped with grilled shrimp tossed in a brown sugar, sambal, and cognac glaze.

 

Esperance 93 Armagnac

 

 

Third Course

 

Dried fig, apple, cashew and Saint Andre stuffed chicken breast served over a craisin and sautéed spinach orzo. Finished with a cognac, thyme veloute.
