Fairness plays a critical role in business settings as well. Maureen Ambrose is a recognized expert on the power of fair procedures in business. About Maureen Ambrose, Ph.D.

Widely published, Ambrose’s research focuses on organizational fairness, ethics and workplace deviance. Her work has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Administrative Sciences Quarterly.
