Tom Bennison

Role: Chief Development Officer
Serving Since: 1992

Tom Bennison has more than 30 years of experience in the club business. During his 25+ years at ClubCorp, he has primarily worked in new business acquisitions and development. Today, Tom is responsible for overseeing the company's external growth strategy, which includes the acquisition of other portfolio owners of clubs, the purchase of member and investor owned clubs and the development of new business, sports and alumni clubs and existing club lease renewals.

His education includes a degree in liberal arts & sciences and additional studies in economics and finance.

Randall Cousins

Role: Vice President, Corporate Development
Serving Since: 2013

Randall Cousins has focused on business development during his time at ClubCorp. His primary duties include deal generation, financial underwriting, market analysis, negotiations and leading the deal team for closing. Prior to ClubCorp, he had seven years of experience in private M&A, valuation and consulting. His education includes an MBA in finance/real estate and a BBA in finance.

Spencer Fielding

Role: Director, Corporate Development
Serving Since: 2011

Spencer Fielding has worked in financial planning & analysis and business development during his time at ClubCorp. His primary duties include deal generation, negotiations and leading the deal team for closing. Prior to ClubCorp, he had two years of experience as a financial analyst over infusion therapies for Medco Health Solutions. His education includes an MS in finance and a BA in mathematics and economics.

Andrew Irving

Role: Director, Corporate Development
Serving Since: 2016

As Director of Business Development at ClubCorp, Andrew Irving's primary duties include deal generation, negotiations and leading the deal team for closing. Prior to ClubCorp, he had six years of investment banking experience, primarily M&A, and four years at Marathon Petroleum as a financial analyst for business development and marketing analyst for wholesale operations. He played tennis professionally for four years and held world rankings in both singles and doubles. His education includes an MBA in finance and a BA in economics.

Billy Knight

Role: Director of Corporate Development
Serving Since: 1998

Billy Knight is a 15-year veteran of the private club industry. His primary duties include identifying clubs that fit the company's acquisition/lease or third-party management criteria and initiating conversations with Board members and investors, financial underwriting, market analysis and negotiations. Mr. Knight is a regular attendee of the NGCOA Golf Business Conference, Golf Inc. Strategies Summit, and Urban Land Institute. Prior to ClubCorp, Mr. Knight spent 10 years with Sequoia Golf as Director of Business Development.
