Teams: 8 minimum / 12 Max
$28.00++ includes one specialty drink - Prickly Pear Margarita
Each participating team will have 2 guest passes to this event
Prizes:
First Place: $200.00 value price | Second Place: $100.00 value price
Teams responsibility
- Team must have a Name
- Only 3 members per team
- Your team prepares 8 dz. your choice flavor tamales and 1 gal salsa (Your choice of spiciness / Mild, Hot or Really Hot)
- All table decor
- Teams must be set up by 7:00 pm
- Serve the guest
- Have a great time
Club Responsibility
- 1 each 6 foot table with club linen
- 1 each chaffer to include heat source (Strerno) and hotel pan
- Plastic Forks
- Plastic Plate
- Paper napkins
- Serving utensils
Rules
Team to create and prepare tamales and salsa that combines together
Judging of winners will be done by Peoples choice for first and second place.
