We recommend that you schedule your services several days ahead to ensure your spa experience. Additionally we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of the full treatment time.
If you must cancel your treatment, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling. A 12-hour notice is required to avoid a full fee for your scheduled spa service.
Do you have a special occasion coming up? Whatever the event, the spa can customize a package and coordinate group functions for both intimate gatherings and moderate groups. We will prearrange all of your spa services and create a special luncheon menu for your entire party. Begin your spa experience by allowing us to take care of all your preplanning details.
We would be delighted to help you select the perfect personalized gift. Gift certificates may be purchased in either any dollar amount or for selected services.
How early should I arrive?
Try to arrive a full 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to shower and prepare for your treatment. To truly enjoy the full benefits of your treatment, we suggest 10 minutes in the suana, steam room or hot tub.
What should I bring?
We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. Please avoid bringing jewelry and other valuables.
Must I disrobe entirely for my treatment?
Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over any part of your body not being treated. You may request a female or male therapist as you prefer.
Should I alert someone if I have a medical condition?
When you call for a reservation, please tell our spa concierge if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other condition that you may know about.
Gratuities are at your discretion and always appreciated. Gratuities are not included in spa prices. An 18% gratuity will be added to group reservations of five or more.
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended prior to or after a treatment. Smoking is not permitted in the spa. Cellular phones and pagers are also prohibited.
The spa café has a selection of health conscious fare that can be delivered to the spa, or guests may dine in spa attire in the café.
Most services on the menu simply require you to come relaxed, yet there are a few that require advance preparation:
- Waxing: Please ensure that hair is at least one quarter inch long in order for the wax to adhere and remove the hair.
- Facials: It is advised for men to shave prior to treatment to avoid sensitivity. Contact lenses should also be removed.
- Exfoliating services: To remove dry skin from the face or the body, it is advised to limit sun exposure ahead of time to ensure proper protection afterward. Please refrain from shaving on the day of your service.
