Executive Chef John Miller joined the ClubCorp Family over 15 years ago, where he began his journey at Spring Valley Lake Country Club and was certified as a ClubCorp certified Chef in 2000. Chef John began calling Coto de Caza home in 2011. Prior to that he was the Executive Chef at Morgan Run Club and Resort. Also spending over 11 years at the Center Club in Costa Mesa. Since graduating from the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco in 1999, Chef John has had the opportunity to work beside Top Chefs such as Julia Child, Paul Prudomme, Charlie Trotter, and Bruno Massuger. These unique experiences have endowed him with the French technique and polished style that add an elegant twist to his classic California cuisine.
As an undeniable culinary artist, Chef John’s admiration of local produce helps bring out the best of each season as he continues to satisfy palates here, at Coto de Caza.
