The Club has decided to serve Christmas Eve Dinner for you, our Members and closest friends, from 5-7pm 

Menu
Mixed green salad with vegetables, cheeses and dressings
Assorted breads
Roasted chicken breast with sun dried cranberry veloute and toasted walnuts
Salmon filet stuffed with mushrooms and herb
Bistro steaks grilled and served with blue cheese bourbon sauce
Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes
Haricot verts with carrots and pearl onions
Assorted cakes and pies
