Scott is an industry veteran, previously serving as General Manager of White Columns Country Club, Golf Club of Georgia, Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, as well as several other prominent clubs in Hilton Head and Atlanta. Additionally, Scott oversaw Brookfield Country Club’s reinvention in 2016 and is eager to bring his knowledge and experience to The Country Club of the South. In addition to serving as General Manager at CCS, he currently oversees regional clubs as well, including Laurel Springs, Northwood, Windermere and Olde Atlanta. Scott received his business degree from Auburn University and currently resides in Alpharetta with his wife, Jill, and their four children.

Melissa graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Marketing. She began her career in Washington, DC, and has over twenty years of experience, holding senior positions in marketing, sales, public relations and account management. Her experience includes working in both the public and private sectors for a national marketing research firm, and on Capitol Hill.
After moving to Atlanta, Melissa has focused her career working in the club industry. She has held positions in Senior Membership Sales for The Windward Athletic Club and as Membership and Sales Director for Alpharetta Country Club and Indian Hills Country Club and Membership and Marketing Director for Country Club of Roswell. She brings her expertise in sales, account management, customer service, project management and media relations to CCOS.

A native of Merida Yucatan Mexico, Rafael graduated from the University of Yucatan with a degree in Hospitality. Rafael began his career as a Server and in 2006 was promoted to his current position. In planning weddings and other private events, Rafael enjoys creating magic moments for Members and guests by assisting them with every detail of their special day.

Parker recently moved to Alpharetta after completing a yearlong internship at Walt Disney World in Orlando, where she specialized in Food & Beverage and Hospitality. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2015 with a degree in Communication and Public Relations.

A Chicago native and die hard Chicago Bears fan, Matt comes to Country Club of the South after serving as Atlanta Regional Senior Executive for JW Homes Golf Courses and Executive Chef at Wildfire Restaurant and Ray's Killer Creek.
Matt and his wife volunteer at animal rescues and shelters near Canton where they live with their two dogs.

David Colucci brings over ten years of dedicated food and beverage experience to the Country Club of the South. A seasoned ClubCorp Employee Partner, David has been with the company since 2009, most recently serving as the Director of Food & Beverage for the Baylor Club at McLane Stadium in Waco, Texas. He has been recognized by ClubCorp as both a Rising Star and recipient of Food & Beverage Team of Excellence.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the Florida State University where he got his start at the University Center Club in Tallahassee, Florida. Outside of work, Dave enjoys grilling out with friends and family and cheering on his Seminoles.

I have been in the golf business for eight years now. I started my career at Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia. I accepted the position of First Assistant at The Country Club of the South in April of 2006. I accepted the position of Head Golf Professional at The Country Club of the South in June of 2010 under the new ownership of ClubCorp. Prior to my career in the golf industry, I spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps. After my Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps, I began a career in the Transportation and Logistics Management industry as an Operations Manager.
I have been married for 13 years and have two wonderful daughters, 3 and 6 years of age. We live in Marietta, Georgia.

Mike comes to The Country Club of the South with over 12 years of Facility Maintenance experience and HVAC certification. Mike grew up in upstate New York and has been in Georgia since 2000. Mike is a die hard Yankees fan! He loves all sports and outdoor activities.
Mike lives in Canton with his wife of 16 years. They have three children Lacey, Brooklyn, and Wyatt. They also have a dog named Riley.

Don L. White is the Men’s Locker Room Manager at The Country Club of the South. Don has mastered the art of hospitality and leadership with his warm personality, attention to detail, and eagerness to serve the members. This special talent has earned Don numerous awards since he began working at CCS in 2010. Most recently, Don was awarded the 2016 “All-Star" Award (highest employee award attainable within ClubCorp).
From Louisville, KY, Don graduated from Fern Creek High School and has been in the hospitality business for twenty-five years. Besides working at The Country Club of the South, his favorite job was working at the Pendennis Club, where he performed his duties as a Maitre d’.
Don currently resides in Norcross, GA and enjoys taking care of his home, enjoying the outdoors, visiting family and working out.
