Mike Selk has accepted the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Country Club of the South. Mike Selk currently serves as the Regional Director of Food and Beverage for the Southeast Region (Atlanta, Hilton Head, Jacksonville and Aiken,SC) for ClubCorp and offices out of Eagle's Landing Country Club. Mike will continue to serve the region in a support role; however, will relocate his office to Country Club of the South and oversee the day to day food and beverage operations of the Club. His main focus will be to provide consistent, quality service to members and guests with an emphasis on staff training and development. Mike will be an excellent addition to The Country Club of the South. He is a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) graduate and his prior experience includes three years as the restaurant manager for Park 75 at Four Seasons Atlanta and three years as General Manager of the Food Studio in Atlanta.
Mike lives in Decatur with his partner, John Lemley, and their two furry "children," Jeffrey (a Chinese Shar Pei) and Lexie (a gray and white feline).
