Lynne SeditaTai Chi is an ancient Chinese series of movements that reinforces both physical and mental well-being. Tai Chi has many benefits for overall health. These include: helps with better balance, strengthens and stretches the muscles and joints, improves the mind and body for better thinking and moving, relaxes the body for stress-relief, and is beneficial for people with arthritis, digesive, cardiovascular and respiratory disorders. This Tai chi class includes simple movements with adding on a few new moves each class in the series of movements. Please wear loose fitting clothing. (Tennis shoes or similar type required). Appropriate for all levels. Cost: $31.25 Per All (5) Weeks OR $8 Per Individual Class
