Aaron joined the Countryside Country Club team as your Food and Beverage Director March 2017. Aaron is a graduate of Warren Southern in Lake Whales, Florida. He has spent 25 years in the Food and Beverage industry and gained his experience at numerous local and national chain restaurants. Aaron has a tremendous drive and passion for all aspects of hospitality; he demonstrates that daily through his goal-oriented approach and result driven mentality. Aaron’s goal is to ensure that Members have a phenomenal dining experience time and time again in Elevations.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 wonderful Children.

Courtney Berry

A Clearwater native, Courtney originally joined the ClubCorp family at East Lake Woodlands Country Club in 2016 where she served as Membership Director for 2 years before joining Countryside in 2018. She holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing Strategy and International Business from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida.

When she's not at the Club, Courtney can be found volunteering in her church and community, attending any one of Tampa Bay’s sporting events, spending time with her husband David and adding new stamps to her passport. Her grandparents were 30+ year Members of Countryside, so she is excited to join the team here and looks forward to building relationships with our Members and helping grow our Membership!

Kellie Taylor

Role: Fitness Director

Kellie stated her career with ClubCorp in 1993 at the Fairlane Club in Dearborn, Michigan.  Kellie's career path starting out consisting of many different tasks in the Athletic Department with her having to complete a 30 credit internship from Central Michigan University.  After her intern was complete, she was hired permanently as the Front Desk & Program Supervisor working her way up through the company.  Through the years, Kellie has been the Athletic Director at:  The Fairlane Club in Dearborn (1993 - 1998), Michigan, Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton, Michigan (1998 - 2002) and most recently at Countryside Country Club in Clearwater, Florida (2002 - current).

Kellie has her Bachelor of Arts from Central Michigan University.  She majored in Commerical Recreation & Facility Management and minored in Business Management & Dance.  Kellie is currently certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Seth Synovec

Role: Membership Relations Coordinator

Seth began his role at Countryside Country club February of 2017. Seth made the trip all the way from Topeka, Kansas, where he was born and raised. He graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 2015 with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. After graduation he went into the mountains of Estes Park, Colorado to get a variety of experiences, from bartending, serving, and restaurant managing, to being a tour guide for the haunted tours of the Historic Stanley Hotel. In 2016 he joined American Cruise Lines as an assistant hotel manager and a cruise director and spent the year cruising the USA. Seth Loved the job, but being a mid-western boy from Kansas, he missed having a place to call home. He has found his perfect job being the “cruise director” for you here at Countryside Country Club, and is happy to call Florida his new home. He is passionate about delivering and excellent product while maintaining a light, comfortable, and most importantly, FUN atmosphere! Seth is excited to be a part of this incredible club, he looks forward to meeting all of the wonderful members of Countryside, and creating smiles and laughs at all of your upcoming events!

Jack Bailey

Jack Bailey comes to Countryside Country Club with over 25 years of experience in the tennis industry. Being certified by the USPTA/ USPTR/ USRSA, Jack has proven himself to be a consummate professional. He has strung tennis racquets at the ATP/WTA level, professionally maintained tennis courts, directed competitive junior programs, and coordinated Tampa Bay area charity tennis events. His high levels of service and industry knowledge are a welcome addition to Countryside. Please welcome Jack to the Countryside Family.

Roger Grube

Roger joined the Countryside family in June 2016. He comes to us from Flamestone Grill in Oldsmar, Florida. Previously, he was in Dunedin at Café Alfresco for 19 years. Roger is very excited to elevate the Culinary experience here at Countryside, and we are very excited to have him lead the culinary team as we open our new restaurant, Elevations. We encourage you to try Chef Roger’s Specials that are his custom creations (changed bi-weekly) based on fresh and seasonal products he has available. 

Jose Arriaga

Role: Director of Facilities Maintenance & Housekeeping

Jose has worked at Countryside Country Club for the past 11 years.  He was hired in the Maintenance Department but is now currently the Director of Facilities Maintenance.  There is not much that Jose can't fix.  Countryside is so fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable as Jose on the CCC team.

Cameron Ross

Role: Head Golf Pro

Cameron is born and raised in Florida, graduating from Dunedin High School. He attended University of South Florida majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. Cameron has been part of the Golf Staff here at Countryside Country Club for the past 4 1/2 years. He is a Class "A" PGA Member.  Prior to Countryside he worked at other local courses:  Westchase Golf Club, Innisbrook, and TPC at Sawgrass.  Cameron is married and has two great dogs; Loghan and Eva. When he is not on the course he enjoys golfing, fishing, reading, and helping others play and enjoy golf.

Brian Ramsey

Brian joined the Countryside Country Club team in August of 2017. Originally from North Carolina, he began a career in the golf course maintenance industry by pushing a mower and raking traps at Highlands Country Club, in 1990.  After a couple seasons he fell in love with the work as well as the game. Brian then went into the Turf Grass Management Program at North Carolina State University and graduated in 1996.
He then returned to his home club as the assistant superintendent for his first few professional years. Along the way, Brian has been an assistant superintendent in Philadelphia, and California at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, where he succeeded the Superintended position in 2002. After 15 years in California, he made his way back to the Southeast to be closer to his Family who still resides in North Carolina. Brian is very excited for the opportunity to serve Countryside Country Club and look forward to forging new relationships with our members as well as co-workers.
