Prichard's Double Barrell Bourbon (Tennessee)
Barreled at 120 proof to 95 proof then re-barreled in
new charred oak barrel to 90
Vanilla, Raisin, fruity, with a burned honeycomb middle.
Knob Creek Rye ( Kentucky)
Small Batch Rye
Patiently aged in deepest charred barrels
Bold, spicy and undertones of vanilla oak
Michael Collins (Ireland)
Double distilled in long neck copper pot stills, made from
malted barley and spring water.
Full, clean, malt flavors with a fresh oak finish.
Auchentosan 3 Wood (Scotland)
Milled, malted and mashed barley
Triple distilled in 3 wood oak casks
Toffee and sherry oak flavors.
Canadian Club Sherry Cask 8 Year
27 Jerez sherry butts are filled with fully matured
6 year old matured barrel blended Canadian Club
Fruity and spicy.
