This Month's AIWF Cooking Class will focus

on  Passover and Easter Side Dishes, and will include:

Passover

Matzo Ball Soup

Noodle Kugel

Matzo with traditional accompaniments:

charoset, mar'or, karpas, tzimmes,

and maybe even gefilte fish.

Beef Brisket


Easter

Truffled Devilled Eggs

Asparags with Pancetta

Glazed Carrots

Scalloped Potatoes
